Yes, that's A.M. My new normal. After crashing for the first two nights in Bangkok, now my body needs to have a nap in the late afternoon - and then midnight until 4 or 5 am. I guess it's 6 or 7 hours in total per day?
I'm in the wrong country for siestas, but try telling my body that. Stopped fighting it, though.
I can Blog, do my banking, look up maps for where I want to go, write postcards, etc. early in the morning. Watch the sunrise. Beautiful.
