"Swa-Dee-Ka" ( Hello!) - Chinatown, Bangkok

Crowded, hot, and fantastic! Took the Anantara Boat/Taxi to Sathorn Pier and hopped on a Bus/Boat to Pier 6. A very, very helpful middle-aged Thai man circled our map and pointed us in the right direction for Chinatown…………

And oh- this is Sandryyk- from Anantara who recognized me right away from March 2012- What a sweetie! She told me we had to take a picture in the SAME spot that Jo and I took back then--remember her, Jo??? So sweet!!!!

Here is (awesome) Chinatown in Bangkok………

Crossing the street here is equally- if not worse- than in China!

Street Food!!!! Breaded and deep-fried - one filled with beans, One filled with who knows what….the sauce she poured in the bag was sweet but spicy- eaten with a stick….

We walked through a textile part of Chinatown on our way to the Flower Market

Good ole KFC makes it's presence here………..just like China.
Government Building??? We did not know…………..

The Flower Market smelled so good and was beautiful. It's a wholesale place.

 Red chillies!
