I'm too late to vote………………..crap!

Good morning,
 
If you meet the conditions (http://monvote.qc.ca/en/edv_bvh.asp), you could've requested to vote out of Quebec, by mail, but unfortunately, March 19, at midnight, was the deadline to make a request to vote out of Quebec. (EL 287)
