IFC residences, IFC Mall and my last "splurge" before sending $$$ home

So I wanted to enjoy one last splurge before wiring money back home and decided to book into a five star hotel in the financial district of Shanghai. I actually wanted a room in the hotel where my friend Cheryl stayed - The Oriental Riverside - but they were booked solid. I found, instead, the IFC residences, which are "serviced" apartments that offer the same services as a hotel. I booked a "studio" apartment - basically- a bed, couch and kitchenette. The photo looked sweet and the location was excellent for exploring the other side of the Huangpu River.
So for the second time during my hotel experiences in Shanghai, I got upgraded to a two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment- complete with awesome kitchen. I have not had a kitchen to myself in 8 1/2 months and this just felt luxurious! Just look at this place - for the same price as the studio.

 Bedroom Two
 Master Bedroom
Ensuite Bathroom off the Master Bedroom
Fully equipped kitchen and THREE TVs………….crazy!
 Hallway to the bedrooms
 View from the living room

Attached to the IFC residences is the IFC Mall. Huge, outrageously expensive and dizzying. I fond the chain Dragon Fly and had a much-needed manicure. That was nice. I also found a Food store with local and imported goods. Fantastic- got groceries to cook in my own kitchen. Salmon and salad - don't you know

And this I had never seen before. While sitting in the bath, I noticed a remote control. I turned it on and the mirror in front of me turned into a TV. Awesome.
