Had two free city bus trips yesterday, as my favourite bus driver was on shift. He makes my day when he waves "good bye" in his rear-view mirror when I exit the back door. Too funny! I see the looks on my fellow passengers' faces when I board, greet him and don't pay. There are not too many times I feel "special" here - more often than not, I feel like the "freak" on the streets, the way people stare. It will be so nice to be "invisible" again in July……….
Some pics of my Junior 2 Class 2b- the ones that I have decided NOT to fight with anymore. The compromise is one short activity (20 minutes) - and then they can do as they wish- usually that's homework- we all like each other a lot better since this compromise. Once the new French teacher- Emmanuelle- told me his students ( and he only has 10-12 a class- I have 25-26 EACH class)- do their homework all the way through his classes, I thought - what the hey
Meet Oscar- the bane of my existence. When he wore this tee-shirt yesterday, I could not believe it. He KNOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!
