Money in my Canadian bank account (check) Now, Getting my "uber"- suitcase home………………no easy task

Thanks to y good friend- and future travelling companion, my hard-earned money is safely tucked away in my Canadian bank account- YEAH!!!!!!!!! I was so concerned about this

I started doing the research a month ago. I don't want to travel with my over-sized suitcase and I want to send it home - "passenger-less luggage". According to the web site, it is "cargo" and you must phone to acquire a "booking" , then arrive with your cargo before the flight. I have called several times, but of course all I hear is Mandarin and then they simply hang up. This has happened a lot during my stay - if there is no English-speaking person available, they just hang up. Okay. That's a universal message if I ever heard one.
I have sent two emails, but had no response. When Sunshine called for me, she was told the number was no longer in service.
I haven't decided whether nine months of frustration has left me a more resilient person or a defeatist.
