A Canadian Thanksgiving in Shanghai

Last night, six of us enjoyed a "pot-luck" in the shared living space at the Dorm. My colleagues from England, Russia, Wales, Germany and Kurdistan helped me celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving with home-made potato salad, pasta salad with tuna, beef and mushroom noodles, cocktail wieners, slices of ham, cheese, cream cheese sandwiches, green salad and whole wheat buns. And, someone brought a cheese cake. It was so nice! And the stories we shared about our own countries- and even better- stereotypes about each other's countries were hilarious!!!
